Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 pound sugar snap peas trimmed
  • 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Trim the ends of the sugar snap peas and slice the red bell pepper.
  2. Minced the garlic and ginger.
Cooking
  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sugar snap peas and red bell pepper, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
