Method
Prepare the Raspberries
- In a saucepan, combine the raspberries and lemon juice. Mash the raspberries slightly with a wooden spoon.
Cook the Jam
- Add the sugar and pectin to the saucepan. Stir well and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, continue to cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently until the mixture thickens.
Jar the Jam
- Remove the saucepan from heat. Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars using a canning funnel.
- Seal the jars with lids and allow to cool completely at room temperature.
