Ingredients
  

Corn
  • 4 ears corn on the cob husked
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 clove garlic minced
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste

Method
 

Grilling the Corn
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, and minced garlic until well combined.
Assembling the Dish
  1. Remove the corn from the grill and brush each ear with the prepared sauce.
  2. Sprinkle crumbled cotija cheese, chopped cilantro, lime zest, and salt over the corn.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
