Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skin-on or skinless
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice about 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the Grill
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the Salmon
  1. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
  1. Serve the grilled salmon with lemon wedges and your choice of sides.
