Method
Prepare the Marinade
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
Marinate the Salmon
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the Grill
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
Grill the Salmon
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for 5-6 minutes, then carefully flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
- Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with lemon wedges.
