Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skin-on or skinless
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 lemon lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
Marinate the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the Grill
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
Grill the Salmon
  1. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for 5-6 minutes, then carefully flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
  1. Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For best results, use fresh salmon and allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the fillets.
