Ingredients
  

Fish
  • 1 pound white fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for grilling
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lime juiced
Taco Assembly
  • 8 small corn tortillas warmed
  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup pico de gallo or salsa
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce optional

Method
 

Prepare the Fish
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Add the fish fillets and coat evenly. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Grill the Fish
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Flake the fish into bite-sized pieces.
  2. On each warmed tortilla, add a portion of the grilled fish, followed by shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, cilantro, and a drizzle of sour cream. Add hot sauce if desired.
