  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 whole carrot sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 whole green onions sliced
Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated

Method
 

Cooking Process
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
