Ingredients
  

Chicken and Rice Casserole
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken Shredded
  • 1 cup Rice Uncooked
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Vegetable Lasagna
  • 9 sheets Lasagna noodles Uncooked
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Spinach Fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Chili
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 can Kidney beans Drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 can Chili beans
  • 1 cup Onion Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

Chicken and Rice Casserole
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through.
Vegetable Lasagna
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Layer 3 lasagna noodles, followed by half of the ricotta cheese, spinach, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Repeat the layers and top with remaining noodles and sauce, finishing with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Chili
  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in kidney beans, diced tomatoes, chili beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
