Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz wide rice noodles
  • 1 cup chicken breast sliced
  • 1 cup shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 cup basil leaves fresh
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Soak the wide rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add minced garlic; stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until they turn opaque.
  5. Add bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli; stir-fry until tender.
  6. Drain the rice noodles and add them to the pan along with basil leaves.
  7. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and chili paste; mix well.
  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
