Corn
  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob Husked and cleaned
Water
  • 1 cup water For steaming
Butter
  • 4 tablespoons butter Optional, for serving
Salt
  • to taste salt Optional, for serving

Method
 

Cooking the Corn
  1. Place the trivet in the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
  2. Arrange the husked corn on the trivet.
  3. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
  4. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
  5. Once the cooking time is complete, perform a quick release of the pressure.
  6. Carefully remove the corn and serve with butter and salt if desired.
