  • 1 medium lime juiced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the cilantro leaves, lime juice, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
