Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning store-bought or homemade
Oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
Garlic
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
Parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Cooking the Shrimp
  1. In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
